Construction is now underway on the new Chick-fil-A at 22675 Clarksburg Road at the Clarksburg Outlets. The development follows the issuance of a $1.4 million building permit back in January.
Plans for the restaurant have been in motion since at least 2023, when a pre-submittal community meeting was held to discuss the proposal for a roughly 6,350-square-foot location with a drive-thru and associated parking and approved in spring 2024.
