LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – The U.S. Civil War ended 161 years ago, but the 102nd United States Colored Troops brought attendees back in time at the Foster Community Center Branch Library.
The reenactors are working to tell the stories of more than 150,000 men and women of color who served in the Civil War.
