MANTECA, Calif. — A single story home was on fire around 12:20 p.m. at the 700 block of West Yosemite in Manteca, according to the Manteca Fire Department.
Fire crews responded to the incident within three and a half minutes. Two adults and two dogs were displaced during the fire. The American Red Cross provided assistance to the people displaced and no injuries were reported.
The home was engulfed in smoke and sustained fire damage. Fire crews were on the scene for a total of three hours. The fire department had 19 personnel on the scene working to put out the fire. The Manteca Police Department alerted people to stay away from the area as fire hoses took up the road…
