PORT ST. LUCIE – Drivers won’t have to wait much longer for the opportunity to experience driving on a professional racetrack in St. Lucie County. A spokesperson for the P1 Motor Club told guests at a recent Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County luncheon that the first track is anticipated to be open and ready to drive on in the next 60 days.

Founding Partner Al Guibord shared the exciting update about the project. “Not only is this a unique feature for this county, but this is also the largest motorsports project that has ever been approved in the entire state.”

P1 Motor Club is a motorsports community currently under development in western St. Lucie County. When completed, the community will include 4.5 miles of racetrack, a clubhouse, sport courts, and a 400,000 square-foot commerce park specifically built and engineered for the motorsports industry.
