ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Our warming trend continues as overnight lows tonight will be mild in the 50s areawide. Afternoon highs for Monday will be in the 70s to lower 80s as cloud cover increases for the day.
Winds will also pick up and become breezy for the day from the southwest with gusts up to 25 mph. With the antecedent dry conditions, the increased winds coupled with the dry airmass will increase the fire spread risk for the day.
