AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – A man is facing charges after he was accused of sending inappropriate messages and images to an underage victim, according to authorities.
Aiken County deputies arrested Matthew Spell, 23, on Friday.
According to the incident report, deputies met with the victim’s mom, who told deputies Spell was exchanging inappropriate messages and images with the victim.
