WILLOUGHBY, Ohio (WJW) — A Willoughby woman told the Ohio Lottery she is finally going to be able to retire after hitting it big on a scratch-off ticket.
The woman, who was not named, recently went to Wilson Mills Marathon Inc on Wilson Mills Road in Highland Heights and purchased a $10 Best of 7s scratch-off lottery ticket.

When the ticket was scratched, the woman couldn’t believe it — she had won $50,000.
