DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A woman, who neighbors say was walking her dog, was shot and stabbed to death in south DeKalb County on Monday, police say.
The DeKalb County Police Department said officers responded to a location on Battle Forrest Drive just before 7 a.m. and found the victim with gunshot wounds and stab wounds. The DeKalb County Medical Examiner will determine a precise cause of death.
