MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A woman faces numerous misdemeanor charges after her arrest at a crash scene early Monday morning in a Memphis neighborhood.
Khadijah Houston, 32, is charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, child abuse/neglect/endangerment, failure to exercise due care, and violation of child restraint law.
Shelby County court records indicate she has a history of traffic violations but no prior arrests.
