SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Another round of smoke possible across parts of our area this evening as a controlled burn in NE Highlands County is burning once again. We are detecting a large plume of smoke on our ABC7 First Alert Weather radar tracking west from the fire.
Our smoke and fire map is showing some heavy smoke making its way toward Hardee County as of 5 p.m. this evening.
There is another area of smoke being detected along I-75 in Collier County near Naples Florida…
