PENSACOLA, Fla. — Ascension Sacred Heart held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday for its new Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) in Pace.
The facility will be located in the Five Points area at 5736 Chumuckla Hwy. It’s set to open on April 14.
“This state-of-the-art facility brings expanded access to high-quality emergency care, closer to where patients live, work and play,” a press release said. “The roughly 11,000-square-foot emergency room will include two triage areas, one trauma room, ten treatment spaces, an onsite lab, CT, X-ray and ultrasound capabilities.”…
