EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — An employee of Aspen Aerogels is speaking out after an oven exploded at the East Providence manufacturing plant Wednesday.
The explosion sent 11 employees to the hospital, including Callitia Alice Hartley, a conversion operator at the plant.
