AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – A City of Amarillo employee pleaded guilty Monday to embezzling more than $41,000 from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
According to court documents, Selene Varela was employed by the City of Amarillo off-and-on starting in 2014.
