A Redfield man was arrested for alleged domestic abuse assault and burglary in Bouton.
According to court documents, the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of the alleged assault at 1:19 p.m. on Saturday in Bouton. Court documents show that the victim told the sheriff’s office that she found the defendant inside of her home without permission. The criminal complaint states that the victim asked the defendant to leave multiple times and this turned into a physical altercation, where the victim had injuries that were a result of an assault.
