WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Drivers may notice lane reductions on Kellogg between the K-96 interchange and 143rd Street as work begins on the East Kellogg expansion, a project that includes Kellogg’s expansion to six lanes between east Wichita and Andover.
Crews will be working on concrete as part of the East Kellogg expansion, which is the most expensive project in the KDOT’s history.
