AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office confirmed it responded to the scene of two people shot Monday evening.
According to crews, the incident took place on the 100 block of Goodman Road in Jackson, S.C. Deputies arrived on the scene shortly after 6:30 p.m. on April 13, where one male individual was pronounced deceased.
He has since been identified as 17-year-old Kahlil Simmons. He was pronounced dead on the scene at 7:13 p.m. from gunshot wounds. His body is scheduled to be sent to Newberry this week for an autopsy…
