CARLISLE, OH — On Monday, April 13, 2026, the Ohio Educational Service Center Association (OESCA) recognized Ohio’s top students from all 88 counties during the 37th Annual Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic Awards Program, held at the Ohioan Hotel & Event Center in Lewis Center, Ohio.

Among this year’s honorees was Drew Conger, a senior at Carlisle High School, representing Warren County. Drew has distinguished himself through outstanding academic achievement, leadership, and a strong commitment to both his school and community.
