DES PERES, Mo. — Two restaurant chains are looking to open their first Missouri locations in St. Louis.
Restaurant chains Toastique and Sourdough & Company filed for zoning permission to open locations in the Des Peres Corners shopping center in west St. Louis County, at 1090 N. Ballas Road and 12340 Manchester Road, according to city documents.
It would be the first location in Missouri for both restaurant chains. Toastique, a gourmet toast and juice bar, has 63 locations operating in 16 states, according to its website…
