COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – The Columbia County Coroner’s Office has identified the pedestrian who died after an incident in the parking lot of the Arby’s restaurant on Sunday.
Coroner Terry Norman confirmed he was 76-year-old William Clifton Kirby of Augusta, Ga.
According to officials, Kirby was hit after exiting his vehicle at the restaurant on 3864 Washington Road on April 12. He was taken to the Wellstar Hospital afterward…
