EAST RIDGE, Tenn. — A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed over the deadly Mother’s Day crash on I-75 in East Ridge that killed three people last year.
The lawsuit was filed by Heather Marie Huggins, the wife of David Jeffrey Huggins, who was killed in the crash.
