Farm worker sentenced for biting Homeland Security agent, false U.S. documents

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – An undocumented farm worker was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison for using false U.S. documents and assaulting Homeland Security Investigations special agents.

Julio Cesar Garcia-Espinoza, 29, a citizen of Mexico, was sentenced Monday, April 13, by U.S. District Judge Paul Maloney in Kalamazoo.
