Joseph M. Moore, 43, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to one day in custody, one year of home detention, and three years of supervised release, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He was also ordered to pay $200,000 in forfeiture and a $7,200 fine.
Moore pleaded guilty in October to conducting an illegal gambling business alongside co-defendant James P. DeAngelo, 45, also of Philadelphia. DeAngelo is scheduled to be sentenced on April 30.
