FBI El Paso seeks victims of wire fraud scheme

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The FBI El Paso Field Office is seeking to identify potential victims of Timothy France Johnson, according to a news release from the Department of Justice.

On Tuesday morning, April 14, the FBI announced it has launched a website where additional victims can report relevant information regarding the case against Timothy France Johnson and the companies: dba Shoot N’2 Sports, LLC, BOLO Entertainment, LLC, and BOLO Sports and Entertainment, LLC.

As previously reported by KTSM, the estranged brother of the El Paso mayor pleaded guilty in March to seven counts of wire fraud regarding the investment in NBA pre-season games between 2009 and 2020.
