No bond for woman accused of breaking into Lincoln man’s house, shooting him

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (KOLN) – A woman arrested in connection to a shooting in west Lincoln made her first court appearance in Lancaster County on Monday.

Elyssia Ochoa, 33, of Lincoln, is charged with burglary, first-degree assault, use of a firearm to commit a felony and discharging a firearm near a building. She was denied bond at her arraignment.
