Crash on I-35E causes traffic backups in St. Paul

ST PAUL, Minn. — A crash on I-35E in St. Paul was causing backups for commuters as rush hour got underway.

The crash happened shortly before 3 p.m. in the northbound lanes near Randolph Avenue. In the area of the crash, one lane was being utilized by commuters as tow trucks removed the involved vehicles.

According to Minnesota State Patrol, there were two vehicles involved, and one rolled over. Only the people in the vehicle that rolled over were hurt…
