Jury convicts Upstate NY man who strangled his significant other’s puppy

An Upstate New York jury convicted a 33-year-old man on Tuesday afternoon for strangling a puppy belonging to his significant other.

Brandon J. Wall of Niagara Falls was found guilty of aggravated cruelty to an animal and criminal mischief in the second degree.

The puppy required intensive veterinary care to survive its injuries…
