FAIRVIEW PARK, Ohio — Fairview Park police department on March 23 investigated a case involving AI, pedophilia and vigilante justice.
Fairview Park Police Chief Paul Shepard said it began when two men — residents of Cleveland and Shreve, Ohio — created a bogus social media dating account with an AI-generated photograph of a younger-looking male seeking out pedophiles.
