LEXINGTON, S.C. — A controversial development proposal in Chapin is moving forward, though key details remain out of public view for now.
Lexington County Council voted Tuesday night to move the proposed land sale of the Chapin Technology Park out of executive session and into first reading, a step that typically allows more information about a project to be released.
