A legal battle involving a Marion County man who claims he was permanently injured after a sheriff’s employee crashed into his vehicle is now scheduled for mediation, just over a year after it was first filed in court.
Randy Lee Dabrowski, who originally filed the lawsuit on April 15, 2025, is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 from Sheriff Billy Woods in a case that stems from a traffic accident.
