Home sales for $10 million and up are hitting Collier County this spring as fast, seemingly, as a moonbound rocket.
The latest in that category: a waterfront estate on Marco Island has sold for $11.9 million. It’s the highest sale on Marco year-to-date, according to a statement from Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, which represented the sellers, and is the fourth-highest sale ever recorded on the island. The only sales higher, according to the MLS report for Collier County, were for $12.1 million, $13.3 million and $14.8 million.
The Marco sale comes a day after another real estate firm announced it had sold a home at 4300 Brynwood Drive in the Quail West Golf & Country Club in Naples for $11.3 million…
