Zaire Ferguson is charged with death by auto, assault by auto, causing death while driving with a suspended license and causing serious bodily injury while driving with a suspended license, Hudson County Prosecutor Wayne Mello said.
At 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 8, the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office was notified of two pedestrians struck on Woodland Drive in West Hudson Park, Mello said.
