BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — An East Baton Rouge Parish city is launching a new call center on Thursday, April 16.
The City of St. George said the goal of the call center is for residents to have a faster and easier way to get answers to the questions they may have.
Residents can call for general city information, help navigating services, or to be connected with an appropriate department, including permits and inspections, planning and zoning, occupational licenses, code enforcement issues, engineering questions, or City Council and district information…
