(WLUK) — The annual sturgeon spawning run has begun, but flooding on the Wolf River will limit viewing opportunities this year, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources says.
The DNR says water levels are too high for crews to safely monitor the fish at traditional spawning locations on the Wolf River, such as at Bamboo Bend in Shiocton and the Sturgeon Trail in New London.
