After a quiet severe day yesterday and ending AM showers today, we’re watching how the atmosphere recovers & sets up for this afternoon’s storm chance. We’re sticking with clouds for the late morning, but expect some sunshine to break throughout for the early afternoon. A weak cold front slowly moves in from the west, acting as the trigger for storms after about 3 PM today.
Once storms form, wind & hail will be the top threat, but an isolated tornado is possible with any single cells early on.
