A prominent face in St. Paul’s legal community will be laid to rest this week after he died suddenly while vacationing in Mexico.
Colin Haley, 44, of St. Paul, was first hired in 2016 at the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office, ascending to the role of senior assistant county attorney.
