(FORT CARSON, Colo.) — On Wednesday, April 15, the 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson opened the doors of the Mountain Post’s second campus-style dining venue (CSDV), the Stack House Bistro.
The Stack House Bistro replaces the former Stack Ivy Warrior Restaurant. Fort Carson said the bistro comes with a modern approach to on-post dining. The renovated facility will provide soldiers with a variety of dining options and flexible hours of operation.
“The Army is focused on creating a positive seismic shift in food service operations,” Lt. Gen. Chris Mohan said in a 2025 press release announcing the CSDV program roll-out. “It’s all about taking care of the warfighter by increasing healthier, more easily accessible food options that are convenient to them.”
