The house is about 9 miles up Bogus Basin Rd. and sits at 4,150 feet above sea level, about the midway point in elevation between downtown Boise and the base area at Bogus.
The home is listed as owned by the Pathfinder Trust, but was previously owned by Gail L. Eberle, and before that, a trust controlled by Gail and Glen Eberle. The Wall Street Journal reports that Glen Eberle owns the home and decided to sell it. Glen and Gail built the property in 2015, but later divorced. Glen Eberle now lives in California and Northern Idaho, according to the WSJ.
