EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah (ABC4) — A man has been charged after he allegedly practiced dentistry months after surrendering his dentist license.
Richard Arthur Shulze, 52, has been charged with two counts of unlawful/unprofessional conduct (third-degree felony) for practicing dentistry without a license.
According to court documents, Shulze surrendered his dental license on Oct. 1, 2023. After this, his wife reportedly contacted a former patient and asked her to come to Shulze’s office in Murray to receive dentures.
