(New Paris, OH)–Here’s more on the arrest of Matt Jennings on drug trafficking charges in New Paris. Jennings was once the owner of D&J Homes and Home Sweet Developments, which was a mobile home sales and service business on North West 5th in Richmond. Back in 2020, he was named in at least 15 civil suits across Indiana for taking large payments but not delivering.
