Authorities say all suspects connected to a deadly shooting on Evansville’s west side are now in custody. The Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office reports two individuals who had been at large in Tuesday evening’s AMC murder investigation were arrested on Wednesday. This follows the earlier arrest of 19-year-old Kardae Langly. Investigators say suspected shooter Deshawndre Brown was tracked to a hotel in St. Louis, Missouri, using Flock Safety camera technology. Brown was taken into custody without incident around 5:30 PM last night and is expected to be extradited to Indiana on a murder warrant. A second suspect, Pierce Butler, was located at a home in the 400 block of South Kentucky Avenue in Evansville. Police say SWAT officers executed a warrant at that location, and Butler was arrested without incident shortly after 8:00 PM. Both Brown and Butler are facing charges of murder and robbery, a Level 1 felony. The sheriff’s office says the investigation remains active, with 23 search warrants executed so far, and additional charges are expected for others who may have assisted the suspects. Sheriff Noah Robinson issued a warning, saying anyone who helped the suspects evade law enforcement could face felony charges. Updates will continue as more information becomes available…
