Dauphin County judge’s husband repeatedly refused security screening at courthouse, internal memo says

A well-connected central Pennsylvania attorney refused security screenings and “acted belligerent” toward Dauphin County security personnel in January, according to an internal email circulated among county employees.

It wasn’t the first time Justin McShane, who is married to Dauphin County Judge Katy McShane, refused to be checked at security, according to the memo authored by Josh Reager, county public safety chief of operations.
