WELLS BRANCH, Texas — Southbound I-35 has reopened near Wells Branch after a fatal crash involving a pedestrian early Thursday morning.
Deputies with the Travis County Sheriff’s Office and investigators from Texas DPS were at the scene of the crash in the 16100 block of North I-35 southbound proper.
