People living in a Katy neighborhood tell ABC13 they’re fed up because their mailboxes keep getting broken into, and they said their mail is going missing.
“The mailbox on our side has been broken in at least four or five times in the last few months; we’ve gone everywhere,” Paul Hernandez said.
