DRAPER, Utah (KUTV) — Draper reportedly has an issue with teens on E-motorcycles, and officers with the Draper Police Department have asked parents for help getting a handle on it.
Officers said they’ve seen teenagers going around 50 miles per hour on the roads, even baiting police to chase them.
