CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — A Navy commander with roots in Chattanooga is back home, sharing what he has learned after more than two decades of service.
Commander Thelmar Rosarda grew up in Chattanooga, attending Lakeside, Tyner Middle School, CSLA and CSAS before enlisting in the Navy in 2004.
“Chattanooga means a lot to me,” Rosarda said. “Met some excellent, outstanding people. Learned a lot.”
