SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WOIO) -New York man pleaded guilty Thursday to raping and abusing his 11-month-old daughter when they lived at an Ohio Inn.
In a statement, Summit County prosecutor Elliot Kolkovich stated that Jason Santos faced eight charges after his daughter was found unresponsive at the Red Roof Inn in Springfield Township.
Santos pleaded guilty to the following charges:
- One count of rape of a child under 13
- Five counts of felonious assault
- One count of child endangerment by torture or cruel abuse
- One count of child endangerment by creating a substantial risk to the health or safety of a child
