More Than 50 Women Speak Out About Abuse at Michigan Facility

Across Michigan, there are facilities meant to help and protect girls during some of the toughest moments of their lives.

Now, one of those types of facilities is at the center of a pretty serious lawsuit.

What Are the Abuse Allegations at This Michigan Facility?

More than 50 women have come forward, saying they were abused at Vista Maria, a residential facility for girls in Dearborn Heights…a place that was supposed to protect them. According to MLive, the allegations span decades. Absolutely disgusting.

The lawsuit names six women, but it also includes claims from dozens of others…with allegations going all the way back to 2000 and continuing into recent years…
