A man was shot behind a business on Detroit’s west side yesterday, sending police racing to Dexter Avenue and neighbors peeking out from behind curtains.
The shooting happened around 7:20 p.m. in the 11300 block of Dexter Avenue near Collingwood, according to ClickOnDetroit.
Scene And Police Response
Police said the victim’s injuries were not considered life-threatening. He was taken to a Metro Detroit hospital for treatment, ClickOnDetroit reported.
Investigators said the gunfire broke out behind a liquor store but stressed they do not believe the business itself was involved. No information about a possible suspect has been released…
