MEMPHIS, Tenn. — One person is dead, and two others are in critical condition in what police are calling a targeted shooting at a strip mall in the Fox Meadows area.
MPD, the Memphis Safe Task Force, including members of the National Guard, were on the scene at Knight Arnold and Mendenhall Roads.
According to police, three people were shot outside the shopping center, and one of them was pronounced dead at the hospital.
