A traffic stop involving a reportedly stolen vehicle led to a police chase in southwest Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.
SkyEye was following the pursuit as officers chased the red car that was speeding through the South Beltway and later on surface streets.
HPD confirmed to Eyewitness News that the vehicle was involved in a traffic stop in the 10000 block of Greenfork Drive on Thursday afternoon. They did not say whether the driver initially stopped and complied with the traffic stop.
